I began my career in financial services at a life insurance firm before joining HBoS in 2005 as a financial adviser. In 2008, I moved to RBS, where I specialised in providing financial advice to the bank’s business and commercial clients.
In January 2013, I founded Farrar + Thompson, offering independent financial planning services to both individuals and companies. Building on this, I launched Populo in 2015, an advised and online auto-enrolment solution designed specifically for small businesses. I joined Lync Wealth Management in 2025
In 2019, I joined Parsonage Financial Planning, working closely with both individual and corporate clients to deliver tailored financial advice.
Outside of work, I enjoy skiing with my family. Watching my two daughters learn to ski has been a joyful experience that I feel extremely lucky to have.
